E71T-1C/9C are rutile all-position CO₂ gas-shielded flux-cored wires featuring stable arc, low spatter and easy slag removal, delivering smooth weld appearance. They are applicable to welding of various steel structural components.
Rutile slag system with moderate slag solidification rate, enabling all-position welding (flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead).
• Soft and stable arc, smooth droplet transfer and low spatter.
• Thin slag, easy removal, good weld wetting and smooth bead profile.
• Tolerant to minor rust and oxide scale on workpieces.
• Polarity: DC+ (DCRP).
