ER80S-Ni1 is copper-coated low-alloy solid welding wire with ~1% nickel content, designed for cryogenic pressure vessels & weathering steel with excellent low-temperature toughness down to -45°C.

ER80S-B2 is a copper-coated 1.25Cr-0.5Mo solid heat-resistant welding wire complying with AWS A5.28,dedicated to MIG/TIG welding of 15CrMo and 1.25Cr0.5Mo base materials.

ER90S-B9 is a V-Nb strengthened 9Cr-1Mo martensitic welding wire to AWS A5.28, for MIG/TIG welding of P91/T91/F91 steel up to 600~650℃.

Nickel 99 is recommended for all position welding of thin cast iron sections where maximum machinability is required.

It features soft and easy striking arc, minimal spatter and smooth slag removal with uniform weld bead ripples; suitable for all-position welding (flat / horizontal / vertical / overhead), and works well for both thin and thick plates.

Nickel 55 is designed for all-position joining and surfacing of cast iron, malleable iron and ductile iron to itself or dissimilar metals such as mild steel, stainless steel, wrought alloys or high nickel alloys.
