E2594-16 is a super duplex stainless steel welding electrode for SMAW applications on 2507-type materials. It provides high-strength weld metal with excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It is commonly used for UNS S32750, UNS S32760 and similar super duplex stainless steels in offshore, oil & gas, seawater, chemical and pressure equipment applications.
E2209-16 is a rutile-coated duplex stainless steel welding electrode classified to AWS A5.4 / ASME SFA-5.4 E2209-16. It produces ferritic-austenitic weld metal with high strength and good resistance to pitting, intergranular and stress corrosion. It is primarily used for Duplex 2205, UNS S31803, UNS S32205 and SAF 2205 in oil and gas, offshore, chemical processing, piping and marine applications.
E320-16 is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel welding electrode for severe corrosion-resistant applications. It is classified under AWS A5.4 E320-16 and GB/T 983 E320-16, and is commonly supplied as A902 E320-16. With a Cr-Ni-Mo-Cu-Nb weld metal, E320-16 is mainly used for Carpenter 20Cb, Alloy 20, and similar corrosion-resistant alloys, particularly in chemical processing and sulfuric acid service.
A402 E310-16 is a Cr26Ni21 pure austenitic stainless steel welding electrode with a rutile-type coating. It is classified under GB/T 983 E310-16 and AWS A5.4 E310-16. Designed for heat-resistant stainless steel and high-temperature welding, A402 provides good welding performance and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. It can be used with both AC and DC+ welding current.
A407 E310-15 is a Cr26Ni21 austenitic stainless steel welding electrode with a basic coating. It is classified under GB/T 983 E310-15 and AWS A5.4 E310-15. A407 is designed for heat-resistant stainless steel, stainless steel linings, clad steel, and selected dissimilar steel welding applications. It produces high-chromium, high-nickel austenitic weld metal for elevated-temperature service.
A412 E310Mo-16 is a Cr26Ni21Mo2 austenitic stainless steel welding electrode for demanding high-temperature welding applications. It is classified under GB/T 983 E310Mo-16 and corresponds to AWS A5.4 E310Mo-16. A412 is commonly selected for heat-resistant stainless steel, stainless steel linings, clad steel and selected dissimilar steel joints. Its Cr-Ni-Mo weld metal is suitable for industrial equipment and maintenance applications where heat resistance and weld integrity are required.
A512 E16-8-2-16 is a 16Cr-8Ni-2Mo stainless steel welding electrode for high-temperature welding applications. It produces austenitic weld metal with controlled ferrite for good hot ductility and resistance to weld cracking. Classified under GB/T 983 and corresponding to AWS A5.4 E16-8-2-16, A512 is commonly used for heat-resistant stainless steel piping and industrial equipment.
A502 E16-25MoN-16 is a Cr-Ni-Mo austenitic stainless steel welding electrode for dissimilar metal welding and difficult steel repair. It is classified under GB/T 983 and is commonly used for stainless steel to carbon or low-alloy steel joints. With a titanium-calcium coating and AC/DC+ welding capability, A502 is suitable for industrial welding, maintenance, and repair applications involving hardened, quenched, and dissimilar steels.
A507 E16-25MoN-15 is a Cr-Ni-Mo stainless steel welding electrode classified under GB/T 983. It produces an austenitic weld deposit for demanding industrial welding applications. It is commonly used for dissimilar metal welding, including stainless steel to carbon or low-alloy steel, as well as welding and repair of hardened or quenched steels.
