Outstanding all position weldability, few spatter, soft and stable arc, thin slag, easy slag removal, great penetration, high x-ray passing rate.
Shielding Gas: 75–80% Ar / 20–25% CO2 mixed gas at 20–25 L/min (42–53 CFH)
Polarity: DCEP (DC Electrode Positive / DC+)
Welding Positions:All positions (Flat, Horizontal, Vertical-Up, Overhead) Contact Tip to Work Distance: 5/8” – 1” (15–25 mm)
Diffusible Hydrogen: H8 designation per ISO 3690 (typical < 5.0 ml/100g)
