Applications
Welding of 5Cr-0.5Mo heat-resistant steels, A335 P5, A213 T5 and F5 steel. Widely used for refinery heating furnace tubes, high-temperature corrosion-resistant pipelines, petrochemical high-temperature pressure vessels and heat-resistant structural parts.
Welding Precautions:
-Not interchangeable with ordinary carbon steel or low-temperature steel welding wires
-Thoroughly remove oil, rust and scale on the groove to prevent welding porosity
-Strict preheating and interpass temperature control is required to avoid cold cracks
-Specified PWHT is mandatory for pressure vessel and high-temperature service parts
-Long-term service temperature shall not exceed 600℃
