Features

· Tin alloy improves weld wear resistance & corrosion resistance; phosphorus acts as deoxidizer for cleaner weld.
· Good fluidity, excellent wetting, easy operation for bronze casting repair.
· Color matching well with tin bronze / phosphor bronze base material. ⚠️ Wider crystallization temperature range brings slight hot cracking tendency; keep small weld pool & shorten welding time.

Surfacing low-load wear parts: bushings, bearings, valve components
Can weld pure copper (acceptable tin content in weld metal)
