ERNiCrMo-3（SNi6625 / Inconel 625）
ERNiCrMo-3 (SNi6625 / Inconel 625) is a Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb nickel-based solid wire. It offers high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and stable high/low temperature performance. Suitable for Alloy 625 welding, dissimilar joints and anti-corrosion surfacing for offshore, petrochemical and pressure vessel applications.
Welding Characteristics
Applicable Processes: TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW)
Polarity: DCEN (DC-)
Low heat input and narrow multi-pass welds are recommended; strictly control interpass temperature.
Short arc operation advised. Nickel-based weld pool has limited fluidity, so travel speed should be controlled.

Shielding Gas

GTAW(TIG): 100% high-purity Argon
GMAW(MIG): 100% Argon preferred; Ar with minor Helium optional for deeper penetration
Backing inert gas protection is required to avoid root oxidation.

Tensile Strength: ≥724MPa
Yield Strength: ≥380MPa
Elongation: ≥30%
Excellent low-temperature impact toughness and ductility at low temperatures.
