Key Features: Extremely low impurity content, top electrical conductivity and excellent chemical corrosion resistance. Caution: Low mechanical strength, not applicable for load-bearing structural components; not suitable for welding 5xxx/6xxx series aluminum alloys.

Welding Polarity

Shielding Gas (MIG + TIG)
• Preferred shielding gas: 100% pure Ar. Ar+He mixture is available for thick plates requiring deep penetration.
• Flow rate: MIG 18–25 L/min, TIG 12–18 L/min.

• Tensile Strength: 65–90 MPa
• Yield Strength: 20–35 MPa
• Elongation (A5): 32%–42%
• Melting Range: 646–660℃

⚠️ Caution: Low tensile strength, forbidden for stressed load-bearing structures
❌ Do not weld 5xxx Mg-containing or 6xxx heat-treatable aluminum alloys, resulting in severe strength loss and unstable corrosion resistance
