ER1100 (Al99.0) is commercial pure aluminum filler wire for welding general 1xxx pure aluminum materials.
Key Features: Stable pure aluminum composition, good electrical conductivity and outstanding general corrosion resistance. Caution: Low mechanical strength, not for load-bearing structural parts; not suitable for welding 5xxx/6xxx series aluminum alloys.

• MIG wires: 0.8/0.9/1.0/1.2/1.6 mm, Standard spools: 0.45kg, 0.5kg, 1kg, 2kg,6 kg, 7 kg
-TIG rods: 2.0/2.4/3.2/4.0/5.0 mm, 1m fixed length, packed in5kg plastic tube and 5kg cardboard box.
Welding Polarity

Shielding Gas (MIG + TIG)
• Preferred shielding gas: 100% pure Ar. Ar+He mixture is available for thick plates requiring deep penetration.
• Flow rate: MIG 18–25 L/min, TIG 12–18 L/min.

• Tensile Strength: 70–98 MPa
• Yield Strength: 28–42 MPa
• Elongation (A5): 28%–38%
• Melting Range: 643–658℃

⚠️ Caution: Low tensile strength, cannot be used for stressed load-bearing structures
❌ Do not weld 5xxx magnesium-containing or 6xxx heat-treatable aluminum alloys, which will cause strength decline and poor corrosion resistance
