MIG/MAG: Ar + 5%~25% CO₂, Flow rate: 15–20 L/min
TIG: Pure Argon (99.99%)
Preheat & Interpass Temperature
80~120 ℃ for plate thickness ≥12 mm or low ambient temperature
Typical parameters (Φ1.2 mm MAG): Current 180~240 A; Voltage 24~28V

Tensile Strength: ≥485 MPa (70 ksi)
Yield Strength: ≥400 MPa
Elongation: ≥22 %

Applications
Storage tanks, ship hulls, machinery frames, pipeline engineering, offshore mild steel structures and carbon steel components requiring low-temperature impact performance.
Welding Precautions:
• Keep wire dry and avoid moisture absorption.
• Clean oil, rust and scale on groove before welding.
• Not applicable for high-temperature creep service conditions.
• Select proper preheat temperature for thick plates to avoid cold cracks
