TIG: Pure Argon (99.99%)
Preheat & Interpass Temperature
80~120 ℃ for plate thickness ≥12 mm or low ambient temperature
Typical parameters (Φ1.2 mm MAG): Current 180~240 A; Voltage 24~28 V

Applications
General machinery, steel buildings, transport equipment, carbon steel pipelines and various common structural components.
Welding Precautions:
• Clean oil, rust and scale on groove to prevent porosity.
• Not interchangeable with heat-resistant wires such as ER70S-A1.
• Suitable for ambient temperature service, not for high-temperature creep working conditions.
• Adopt proper preheating for thick plates to avoid cold cracking.
