ER90S-D2
ER90S-D2 welding wire is an AWS A5.28 low-alloy solid welding wire designed for high-strength carbon and low-alloy steel applications. With controlled Mn-Si-Mo chemistry and ER90-class weld-metal strength, it is suitable for piping, pressure equipment, construction machinery and heavy industrial fabrication. ER90S-D2 provides a practical option when higher weld-metal strength and reliable low-alloy welding performance are required.

ER80S-D2
ER80S-D2 welding wire is an AWS A5.28 low-alloy solid welding wire containing nickel and molybdenum, designed for compatible low-alloy steels requiring good strength and low-temperature impact toughness. ER80S-D2 is a Ni-Mo alloyed low-alloy welding wire designed for compatible low-alloy steels in demanding applications. With a controlled nickel and molybdenum alloy system, it is used where good weld-metal strength, toughness and low-temperature performance are required.

ER80S-G
ER80S-G is a low-alloy solid welding wire classified under AWS A5.28. Unlike specific alloy classifications such as B2, B6 or Ni2, the G classification allows a manufacturer-defined chemical composition within the applicable AWS requirements. It is selected according to the base material, required weld-metal properties and qualified welding procedure.

ER80S-Ni2
AWS A5.28 ER80S-Ni2 low-alloy welding wire with approximately 2% nickel for low-temperature and high-toughness steel applications, including LNG equipment, pipelines, storage tanks, pressure vessels and offshore structures. ER80S-Ni2 is a nickel-alloyed solid welding wire designed for compatible low-temperature steels where good weld-metal impact toughness is required at sub-zero temperatures. It is available for GMAW/MIG and GTAW/TIG applications, depending on product form and specification.

ER90S-G
ER90S-G is a low-alloy solid welding wire classified under AWS A5.28. Unlike specific alloy classifications such as B3, B9 or Ni2, the G classification does not define one single fixed alloy chemistry. The actual product chemistry, mechanical properties and application should therefore be verified from the manufacturer’s technical documentation and qualified welding procedure.
